With so many wonderful options available, it's important to think about what makes each venue special and how it can bring your vision for the day to life. For Jessyca, it’s all about the venue’s aesthetics. “We have so many beautiful options in Palm Beach, especially venues with that old Florida architecture or decor that is truly unique to them. I love seeing a photo of a couple or wedding space and can pinpoint the venue just from how it looks.”

Of course, the venue has to have an atmosphere that brings together your wedding-style vision, but for Lindsay, it’s also important to consider “the experience you want to provide your guests. Consider the logistics, such as proximity to accommodations, parking availability, and ease of travel. Palm Beach has venues with stunning views, but it also ensures that the location is convenient and comfortable for your guests.”

The Retreat has different indoor and outdoor event spaces, which can be used depending on the weather. Because the venue has a home and two luxury RVs on-site, you can party as late as you want on your event day, wake up the next morning, and enjoy a slow day with everyone you love. 

Can You Share a Memorable or Unique Wedding That Took Place at Your Venue? 

One of our first weddings was by a couple who was thrilled with the space and fully embraced our vision. They hosted a weekend celebration with a rehearsal dinner, a tropical wedding the next day, and a brunch and pool party the morning after, making the most of our property. It was lovely to see such a genuine group celebrating a beautiful love story!

What Do Couples Love Most About Your Venue?

We get a lot of comments about how lush and vibrant the property is. Couples say that there really isn't much you need to add as everything is already so beautiful and well-maintained. This, of course, helps our couples cut costs on florals and decor, which everyone knows can be quite an expense.

When it comes to amenities, there isn't really much we don't have. Our team has carefully curated some incredible vendor relationships and built out amazing all-inclusive packages for our couples. What Sets Your Venue Apart?

Our beachfront weddings offer an unforgettable experience for the couple and all their guests. The oceanfront reception space, "The Canopy," is just steps away from the sand and provides an elegant deck space protected from all types of weather. There's nothing like hearing the waves crashing in the background while enjoying dinner or dancing the night away. Every wedding is unique, and we love making this space completely customizable: the couple may drape the ceiling with silks and floral chandeliers or go with minimal decor and let the outdoor atmosphere shine for itself; the choice is theirs!

Can You Share a Memorable or Unique Wedding That Took Place at Your Venue? 

A memorable wedding was a destination beachfront ceremony in May 2024. The morning of the wedding, the weather took a turn despite unexpected rain. The bride insisted on continuing the setup, and the florist installed the arch and floral arrangements. The ceremony went as planned, and just as the couple took the last step back down the aisle and under The Canopy, the sky opened and poured. The rain held out for the 20-minute ceremony, fulfilling the bride's wish for a beachfront wedding.

What Do Couples Love Most About Your Venue?

Our renovations compliment a coastal, boho/chic feel! You feel like you're in the middle of Key West but in the Palm Beach County area! Couples continuously compliment the resort amenities like our electronic bikes, pool, and private beach with beach chairs & activities like parasailing or jet skiing, restaurant offerings, and Atlantic oceanfront guestrooms. Many of our weddings are destination weddings so, having a resort that offers amenities for all ages, makes it so that nobody ever needs to leave!

What Special Amenities or Services Do You Offer for Wedding Ceremonies?

When a wedding is booked with us, we provide the couple with a complimentary bridal-ready room in our Royal Palm Suite (fun fact: this is our largest suite on the property and we only have one of them!). We also provide the couple with a complimentary King oceanfront room for the night of their wedding. As for the ceremony, our phenomenal beach crew will manicure the sand to perfection a few hours prior to the start time to ensure the sand is free of imperfections! We work with several local florists who arrive to install the arch in the sand and then we wait for the big moment!

We strive to ensure every guest has a memorable experience and wants to return for years to come. Our valet, front desk agents, serving staff, and bartenders are all dedicated to providing top-tier service. We hosted a vow renewal in August 2023. To our surprise, the couple’s son proposed to his girlfriend during the reception! It was such a beautiful moment and truly a surprise to everyone. She said YES! The couple and family had such a great experience that they hosted their wedding reception at Crane Club last month. We truly feel special to be trusted with such monumental events, and the relationships we have developed with this family are so special to us.

Couples love the exclusivity of our venue and the bridal suite. Our packages simplify wedding planning and include in-house catering, a full open bar, tables, linens, chairs, and a wedding cake. Our team assists with planning, and couples can add a DJ and photographer bundle for a seamless event.
